Return Policy
At Maybell & Mine, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work:
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, makeup, deodorant, or damage will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- This includes sale items, promotional discounts, and items marked “final sale” at checkout.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you need a different size or style, please return your item for store credit (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A return label will be provided once your return is accepted.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at orders@maybellandmine.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
