Return Policy

At Maybell & Mine, we want you to love your pieces as much as we loved creating them. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work:

Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, odors, makeup, deodorant, or damage will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • This includes sale items, promotional discounts, and items marked “final sale” at checkout.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you need a different size or style, please return your item for store credit (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A return label will be provided once your return is accepted.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at orders@maybellandmine.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  3. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
